Coming from the Midwest, I attended college at Southeast Missouri State College in Cape Girardeau, Mo. I then became a flight attendant for a major airline for many years. This gave me the experience and confidence to work with people from all walks of life. I have been able to implement this into my business plan, and became the broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Coast to Coast in 2008. What does MLS mean?
MLS is an acronym for Multiple Listing Service. It is a computer based data base that Realtors list all the important facts about a home that's for sale. The advantage of this information being all together is that it helps both the seller (getting more exposure) and the buyer (more choices). Did you know that nationwide, most home sales result from the MLS ?

What is a CMA ? Another acronym meaning Competitive Market Analyisis This service is provided to the serious buyer when they find a home or condo they like, but now want to know if it's price is in line with other like properties in the area. This report is generated from several data bases including the MLS history, County Tax Records and we can even provide Aerial Photos from those same tax records.

Save Our Homes ! "Save Our Homes" is a tax increase protection program here in Florida that sets limits on the amount of property tax that can be raised per year. If you email us we'll be glad to send you the details of the rule.


Homestead Exemption A property tax break - The current rule is if you're occupying your home on January 1st. this exemption is deducted from the assed value of your home before property taxes are calculated. The actual figures on the exemption can be acquired from the tax assesors office.
